It's a small basic lodge- rooms with a queen bed, table, bathroom with shower. Fairly livable. Not spacious. Has free drinking water. Close to the junction with a few restaurants. About one kilometre from Metro "Ernakulam South" stop. …

Had a good stay at Reach Residency, it's located at a good spot, near the railway station and metro. The room was small, but clean and well maintained, washroom also had hot water. Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity and less traffic noise as it's located away from main road.

Good hotel for solo stay as they've single rooms. WiFi speed is superb. Location is also ideal, it gives access to kadavanthra metro station in 10 to 15 minutes walk. Subash Park and Marine is also accessible. However, shower is not working and they don't have separate pipes for hot and normal water which is a huge inconvenience.

Not worth it. Not enough plugs to charge in the room + they didn’t work. No wifi. No hot water. The “window” gives view to a wall. Hearing the kitchen downstairs. I would not come back. Only positive thing: bus stop is close by.

The big usp of this property was its option to have a single room at a very cheap price with an attached washroom. Also you have a personal small closet to keep your belongings and decently big mirror, television if you want to watch anything. The property is in the heart of the city you could get easily anywhere from here even if you came late or early it's easy to get here. There are many food options nearby and they seem to have their kitchen I never tried but one day they came asking me if I needed it. They have free hot and cold water dispensers on each floor in case you need it. The first thing I faced as I entered the room was if you are a tall guy for sure the bed will be small for you and you will need to cramp your leg as there is no sufficient space to relax your leg, I am 5.4 and I felt personally. They didn't have hot water for the shower. Parking space is limited at least for the car you could park only 2 vehicles else you need to park it on the street although it seemed to be safe, for bike they have kind of an alley between the property compund and building there you can park your bike.

Room space is very limited. Feels like single bedroom for double bed. AC, TV like amenities are good. Toilet was clean. Location is the main attraction. Parking also limited.

rooms r very neat and clean but small 1km away from metro station. If u looking budget stay its ok.. not provide blanket for single rooms... bed is ok.. morning time hot water very littile hot there is no lift provided for upstairs
